SV was a Cambodian university professor teaching major law at the University of Law in Phnom Penh. In search of a dream home for my wife Zanine and me, we decided to leave our home country and study in Canberra, Australia. Without knowing the community there, I worked diligently in a grocery store, a mushroom farm, and a café since 2016.However, due to COVID-19, I lost all my jobs and decided to open my first home café in the residential area of Lawson in April 2020. SV Coffee & Bakery was established in response to the community’s request for support in applying for the licensing to operate in a residential area. The community is the heart of our success, and I am committed to serving it as much as I can.I created this homepage to showcase all the work I devote to my community and to preserve it as a memory for future generations in my area.
